How can I pay for the images?
You can use PayPal to pay for your images. PayPal also accepts Credit Card payments, so you can pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and many other cards.
How does the payment process work?
You select the image(s) you want, either a single one by pressing the 'Buy now' button on it, or add multiple images to your cart and then click 'Buy Now' on the cart page.
Then you will be directed to the secure PayPal site when you can pay for the image(s).
PayPal will automatically notify our system (usually instantly) when a successful payment has been received, updating your order to completed, and then you can download your image(s).
You will also receive an email from us with the link to the order/download page.
Due to the nature of digital photography, once sent, images cannot be returned. CA-Stock has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then CA-Stock has sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify us by email (email@example.com), before receiving (ie clicking on the link in the purchase email and downloading the image) the 'incorrect' photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due to 'not liking a photo', selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, CA-Stock will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.
What format are the images in?
Most images are in JPG format. Cut-out and transparent images are in PNG format.
What sizes are the images?
The search results display an image around 450 pixels wide, and the zoom-ed in image is around 1200 pixels.
The images you will receive after payment are mostly full size photo images, with different sizes 5184 x 3456, 4272 x 2848 and some smaller. The image size is displayed next to each image in the info section when clicked.
What about the watermarks?
The watermarks are only on the web images that you see in the search pages. All images you purchase have the watermark removed.
How does the search work?
Each image has a certain amount of 'tags' pre-assigned to them.
These 'tags' are what you search for in the search box.
Separate multiple tag words with a comma, then the search will find images with all the tags you enter.
If you prefix the tag name with a ' - ' then it will remove any images with those tags. Example: bolivia, rock, -cloud
There are a few other search methods available, if you click the cog wheel to the right of the search box you can see them.
How do I view a higher resolution image?
Once you have found an image and clicked on the image to get the info pop-up box, you can then click on the image and a zoomed-in version will be displayed. This allows you to view the image at greater detail by moving your mouse over the smaller image.
The zoomed image will be 1200 pixels wide.
Is there a separate page for each image?
Yes, if you wish to see a single image on a page, then on the image pop-up box there is a 'link' icon at the top labelled 'Direct Link'. This will take you to a page displaying the single image, and can be used to link to.
I have a legal or usage question, where can I read about it?

How do I redownload my files?
You can download files from us up to 1 year after the order date.
You will have been emailed a link to your download page, and this is where you can download your images from.
If you exceed the 3 downloads per image limit, then you will be required to re-enter your email address that you ordered from and the system will email you a new link for your order, that will allow more downloads.
